Embody Your Magick 8-Week Training Course Terms & Conditions:

  1. By signing up for this training course, you agree to Mystic Hearts' Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  2. Full access to the training course includes: 8 x 90-minute live Zoom calls starting on Tuesday, 29th September at 7:30 pm UK time, live call replays, online course material, membership group support, and a certificate of completion. All details will be sent to you via email.

  3. Early Bird price for the full course access of £555 is only available until 30th June 2026; after this, the standard price will remain at £666.

  4. If you choose the “Buy Now Pay Later” option: This non-refundable deposit payment secures your place on the Embody Your Magick Training Course starting on 29th September 2026. The remaining balance of £555 must be paid in full by Monday, 21st September 2026. You will recieve payment details/options via email. If you cannot make the course or the final payment, your deposit will not be refunded, and your place will be given to another individual on the waitlist.

  5. Access to the online course material and the membership group will be available 1 week before the live calls begin. All details will be sent to you via email. Please always check your junk folder.

  6. Mystic Hearts operates a no-refund policy. If you sign up for the course, but you decide not to partake once the course commences, you have the option to transfer to the next available training course or redeem the payment for an alternative Mystic Hearts service. In certain cases of emergency or client dissatisfaction, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Must be open to participating in meditation and somatic practices.

  2. Must be willing to receive and take on board guidance from the course leader.

  3. Must be ready and willing to face fears, shadow work, and possible uncomfortable moments of self-awareness and honesty.

  4. Must be open-minded, considerate, and accepting of a multitude of different spiritual beliefs.

  5. Must agree to be kind and considerate and treat all beings (including oneself) with utmost respect and compassion throughout the course

  6. Must have some spare time available to complete the coursework and homework tasks (self-paced)
