Please read my Ts&Cs carefully before purchasing; by purchasing services from me, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website and are free to leave.

I own the copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may not use, download, copy, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available by any other public means, only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While I will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information I place on my website, I make no warranties, whether express or implied, about its accuracy. I share from my own experiential learnings and academic teachings combined, you are free to agree or disagree, stay or go, take or leave whatever you choose or that which resonates. However, rude, abusive, and obsessive behaviour will not be tolerated via the contact page, any 1-1 services, mentorships, group classes, trainings, or special events. Upon contact and upon booking a service, you agree to treat me (Chloe) and all others within the Mystic Hearts community with kindness and respect, and any repeated, abusive behaviour may be reported to local authorities.

Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

General

1. Business opening hours are 10 am - 8 pm UK time Monday - Friday.

2. All bookings are currently operating on the UK timezone. Please double-check your timezone and the time difference the day before your booking.

3. Please respect that I am a woman who still has regular menstrual cycles. I honour the need to rest and slow down regularly, so sometimes I may take longer to reply than usual. I ask for your patience & understanding.

4. Email responses will take 24-48 working hours (check business opening hours above).

5. All service prices are available on the booking page and are in GBP. I used Stripe for my payment system, which allows international payments in your own currency.

6. Please read through the description of each service before booking and before sending an email question about the services. If you are unsure what to book… Follow your heart!

7. For each service, you will be allocated the amount of time stated on the service description page. Talking throughout the session will be included in the time allowance. We ask you to bear this in mind and to respect the time and energy of the space holder by showing up on time to live sessions. Although communication is encouraged, we ask you to keep unnecessary conversation to a minimum. Recorded sessions are advisable for this reason: to receive a deeply focused, uninterrupted transmission.

Services

1. All clients (upon booking) must agree to honestly disclose any medical conditions, illness, injury, and details of current/past medication. All clients’ details will be kept between the client and me; no client information will ever be disclosed to a third party (unless the client gives written consent).

2. Upon booking a session, you are agreeing to acknowledge and accept that I am not a medical doctor and do not make any claims to heal you in any way, or give any form of medical advice.

3. I am not a therapist. I am certified in the holistic teachings of Kundalini Yoga, Advanced Meditation, Embodied Coaching and Quantum Healing. I will hold the space for you to find the answers you seek within yourself. I will never tell you to do something against your will. Please do not provoke me into making difficult life decisions for you; I can only support you through the process.

4. Bookings can be made up to 36 hours before a session. Full payment is required

5. Sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability. The link can be found in your booking confirmation email.

6. Sessions cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Special cases in which a refund may be acceptable are up to the discretion of Mystic Hearts.

7. Session packages and mentorships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Payment plans can be discussed.

8. Payments made for both one-off sessions and/or packages of sessions are non-refundable, but may be frozen or transferred to another person in case of emergency. (See cancellations. refunds & no-shows below)

9. All online bookings must be made by adults who are age 18 or over, for themselves or for another consenting adult (over 18).

10. By booking a service, you accept that neither the practitioner nor Mystic Hearts are liable for any injury or damages to person or property, resulting from this service. You accept that this service is offered to the best of the abilities of our practitioner and to the highest standards, however there are no guarantees of outcomes made in any service. For example: no guarantee of any specific results in Quantum Psychic energy healing, clearing, reading or activations or removal of negative entities. You give consent to this service from the date and time that it is scheduled.

11. Disclaimer: Quantum Psychic Reading, Healing, and Clearing are holistic, complementary healing therapies. They are used to work alongside and not in replacement of medical treatments.

10. Upon payment transaction, you are thereby agreeing to these terms.

Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

1. Mystic Hearts operates on a no-cancellation policy. By making a booking, you agree to honour the commitment and cannot cancel it. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to make a booking, you have the option to reschedule, OR transfer the booking to someone else (subject to T&C’s).

2. Sessions cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. If you are uncertain about anything before your booking that you wish to clarify, please send your questions via email to mysticheartsemporium@gmail.com. Special cases in which a refund may be acceptable are up to the discretion of Mystic Hearts and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. No-shows are non-refundable, and you will be required to book another session. Please consider whether a live session or a remote recorded session would be more suitable for you before making the booking. Emergencies and special cases for no-shows may be considered.

Rules of Behaviour (for all services, courses & trainings)

1. Treat everyone (including all beings) with respect and kindness at all times 💙.

2. Practice compassion. Embrace different opinions and life experiences, even if they don't align with your own 🧝🏼‍♀️.

3. Maintain respectful communication; no hate speech, insults, or trolling 💎.

4. Respect personal boundaries and avoid invasive questions or comments 👑.

5. Support a positive and inclusive environment for all viewers and participants ✨.

6. Refrain from sharing or requesting personal or sensitive information that may be upsetting or traumatic 🧌.

7. If you believe that you may be under psychic attack, or under the influence of a negative entity or being, please seek 1-1 support before considering joining the livestream 👻.

8. A genuine interest in being part of an honest & loving community - no energy vampires or evil eye energy 🧿.

Prices

Prices are subject to change but are correct at the time of posting. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the services that you have ordered, I will contact you as soon as possible by email to the address provided. This is to inform you of the correct price of the services and to ask you if you wish to continue with the booking at the amended price or to cancel the booking altogether. Any special offers will have a clearly displayed end date.

Honour to the highest degree that we are in a ‘Free Will Universe.’ Always asking for permission, getting consent, and giving more than 1 option as an offering of choice.
Heart-centred embodiment: choosing compassion, acceptance, and non-judgment of ourselves, each other, and any being we may encounter during this work.
Understanding that by accessing our darkness: our pain, sadness, rage, etc., it does not make us “bad” people; without darkness, there would be nowhere for the light to shine. Accepting ourselves as a whole vessel of oneness, both light and dark, is necessary for healing and living a harmonious life.
We are all one in Unity, every living thing, and everything is living - including the seemingly lifeless (rocks, planets, asteroids, homes, human-made objects, and more).
Speaking truthfully is an important part of the healing process and living an authentic life. Sometimes this may feel uncomfortable and may even disgruntle others, but it’s imperative to have this agreement for building a relationship based on trust.
