I have to admit I was a bit nervous because the shadow work I've done has given me some truly painful dream experiences that bleed into the physical upon waking. I've never had a clear memory or picture of what's happening to me before.

I'm just so truly grateful. I bought a big clear quartz over the weekend and have laid down to meditate with it many many times. I can feel my hands vibrating all of the time now. I even held them to my hip area and stated my intention and could feel the energy flowing in! 

The blockage between my heart and throat chakras makes so much sense. It's always been hit or miss (mostly miss) when I try to focus my energy with an intention. I have had some powerful experiences but I've never been able to recreate the experience. It's been hard to find footing and a place to start.
