Oh…. My….. Goddessss…. What a day!!

I’ve just moved into my new home. I feel so full of joy and gratitude that I aligned with an awesome, kind, laid-back landlord who is happy to rent to me privately - they didn’t even care about me proving my income to them! I’m so happy that I didn’t have to house share in the end and I found a beautiful 1 bedroom flat which is perfect for me!

The bedroom is huge with lovely big windows which let lots of light in. There’s a whole wall of wardrobes and enough space fro a big double bed and plenty of floor space. The bathroom is quirky and I love it! The walls are painted dark pink and the fittings are funky. Of course there is a bath, shower, toilet, sink and plenty of ledges and alcoves for my plants.

The kitchen is lovely and spacious with a gas stove and a large fridge, I’m really excited to cook here and host friends and my partner ♥︎. The living room, which is separate to the kitchen, is big, bright, and spacious! I have my desk and office space set up in corner by the window and a big, squishy l-shape sofa in the centre of the room which has a massive floor space that I’ve decorated with a gothic-style rug.

There’s loads of space for me to practice and teach Yoga and to do my home workouts, the ceilings are nice and high. I feel bursting with happiness that I now get to make all of the personal touches to really make this space feel like home. It feels great not to be on the ground floor, and I have a little garden which has space for a table, chairs and a sun bed; it gets sunlight most of the day :).

The neighbours are calm and quiet and I feel really safe in the area. My mind, body, heart and soul have finally found peace. I’m so ready for this new stage of my life journey - I have made space to expand, ready for my magnificent butterfly wings to fully open in all their glory. I am ready to be me, fully, authentically, and completely, in my little temple of self love.

I’m so proud of myself, and I am incredibly grateful for all of the seen and unseen forces that have helped me to get here. And so the next chapter of the quest begins…
